The only thing keeping me from giving them a 5 star is some of the crab legs were cold...but most were delicious...It was our first time but not our last..
The crab legs were very freshly prepared and cooked to perfection. Prime rib, oysters in the shell, and so many other offerings are well above what one would expect from a buffet. We go mainly for the Crab Legs and never disappointed. Warning : Be sure you go to this "Original Benjamin's Calabash Seafood", as there are 2 others by the same name. This is the only one to choose.... 9500 Block of "Restaurant Row"...
This place was terrific! I was a bit iffy on going at first since I can be extremely picky on seafood (and food in general lol) but I ended up enjoying myself all night! The service was wonderful, the food was to die for, the buffet has an impressive amount of selection. I don't normally expect such wonderful food at a buffet but this place definitely proved me wrong! And if you love crab legs with butter sauce or stuffed mushrooms(drool), then this is definitely a place to hit up while you're here!
Our church senior group had lunch here Saturday. Mike assisted me on the phone several times prior to our reservation getting things together. He was very polite and helpful. The food was delicious and the staff were all very nice. We really enjoyed it.
This place is always great. It is my favorite seafood buffet along the Grand Strand. A trip to Myrtle Beach is not complete without stopping here. The quality is terrific. The service is excellent and the atmosphere is superb.
Food and staff was great.. great environment and plenty of hot food. Plan to go back my next trip to Mrytle beach �
The best thing were the crab legs and the old bay shrimp. Seasoned real good.
Super great restaurant to eat at. The atmosphere is unbelievable (super). You can not get any better food, you name it they have it. Waiters and waitresses are the very best!! Look forward to going back!!
It was AWESOME fresh hot clean food at every turn and the employees were the best I have seen really made you feel welcome would tell anyone if you come to MYRTLE BEACH put THE ORIGINAL BENJAMINS CALABASH in YOUR BUDGET
