Good flow, all the houses were close together. No hills.
Comfortable, luxury, and stylish. This place is really nice looking, but the location is...okay. The fire station is really close to it, which is good and bad. The bad thing is that you might hear fire truck sirens at random times, and the good thing is that fires in the area will be taken care of quickly. I bet a house in this place will cost around 500k or more.
