Just finished my 3month postoperative examination for robotic prostatectomy surgery. The procedure was caused by renal retention. My surgeon is dr David Jiang a very brilliant and caring man. He work with the OREGON CLINIC at Providence Plaza and also Willamette Hospital. He has a physician assistant and several nurses and several office staff that kept me informed and made me as comfortable as possible. If you need urology services contact them immediately and don’t procrastinate. My surgery was a complete success.
I'd offer 0 stars if I could. The office tried rescheduling me a third time after being on their schedule for 6 months. Full of promises to send further information about procedures and insurance billing but never delivered.

Absolute horrible customer service. Over half hour wait time to talk to a receptionist that then never follows up. We have been waiting a full business day with over 1.5hrs on the phone for a reasonable prescription request post-op. Avoid this clinic at all cost!
Everybody was very helpful. They were awesome. It was very pleasant to be there.
