They were set for my Elogard shot but thought it was too soon for the catheter replacement. I explained that was in the hospital and as I left the nurse replaced my catheter but in final hook-up noticed it was a three way not a two way catheter. I asked they leave it for now as I was afraid repeted insertion would start bleeding again. This was the first opportunity to get the catheter changed to the correct one. Nurse agreed. All went well. Good job.
Cannot EVER reach a human to speak to. Never returns calls, texts, emails, etc. They will take your money, but when it comes to doing anything you will literally never reach a person to establish an appointment to be seen. Absolutely the worst service I’ve ever encountered, if I could give negative stars, I would. This insurance company, and medical center should be shut down and prosecuted for negligence.
