My doctor and the staff are very friendly. However, when it came to getting the sleep apnea machine they only had 4 options of masks. My dr warned me to ask for other options but the lady was so friendly and knowledgeable I trusted her. When she asked me what position sleeper I was and I said, stomach, I could tell she sort of paused and then decided not to say something. I am agree with other patients reviews about the Oregon Clinic sleep clinic , the lady that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional.
Avoid this clinic if you are low income, if your sleep disorder makes it difficult to wake up early, or if you work a late shift. There is a $200 fee if you can't return their at-home sleep study equipment between 8-10am and they will absolutely not be flexible on those times. If you try to request accomodations regarding the timeframe they just keep quoting policy at you like robots.
