The person doing the scheduling was rude. She did a poor job at explaining why I needed a referral when I didn't one my last 2 visits. My last 2 doctors have left, it seems the turnover is really high. Recommend going somewhere else.
Very rude and unprofessional appt scheduler! Absolutely lied to me about receiving calls from their staff! Then hung up on me! DO NOT use this Sleep center! They Will NOT follow thru! Terrible Service!
Do not go to this clinic if you have anything other than severe sleep apnea. They only score their sleep tests to AASM 1b standards. This is NOT what is recommended by the AASM and causes false negative results for sleep disordered breathing. In fact, insurance companies ask clinics to use the 1b method to deny people treatment for sleep disordered breathing as a cost saving measure.
