I am agree with other patients reviews about the Oregon Clinic sleep clinic , the lady that answers the phone is rude and unprofessional.
Avoid this clinic if you are low income, if your sleep disorder makes it difficult to wake up early, or if you work a late shift. There is a $200 fee if you can't return their at-home sleep study equipment between 8-10am and they will absolutely not be flexible on those times. If you try to request accomodations regarding the timeframe they just keep quoting policy at you like robots. The person doing the scheduling was rude. She did a poor job at explaining why I needed a referral when I didn't one my last 2 visits. My last 2 doctors have left, it seems the turnover is really high. Recommend going somewhere else.
Very rude and unprofessional appt scheduler! Absolutely lied to me about receiving calls from their staff! Then hung up on me! DO NOT use this Sleep center! They Will NOT follow thru! Terrible Service!
