I had a terrible experience at the Oregon Clinic Pulmonary Department. Both employees I interacted with were rude and dismissive. The first refused to answer any of my questions about the contract unless I signed it first, only showing me part of the document and withholding the rest. When I pushed for clarity, she got frustrated. Then, when I spoke with her colleague, I got the same attitude. What happened to compassionate care? My opinion from getting my blood work done was nothing but expected in and out within 15 minutes, good staff. No complaints keep it up
Please do not go there. I got my cpap March 28th. I was only there 30 minutes. They set the cpap and told me how to clean the mask and hose. They didn't even show how to use the machine. I tried for 10 days to figure out how to use the machine. I finally called the clinic and told them what was going on. They told me I should have gotten a hour training. I told them no. I was mad. Not sure if Gretchen still works here but she was always helpful with my equipment and reordering. Very compassionate and patient. I had an appointment today with Dr. Matsamura who did not show up to our appointment and I waited for about 30 minutes as the appointment confirmation email says to just wait if they're not there. I called customer service and they told me it's best to just call a few minutes after - which is not in line with what the email states.
