Had to cancel scheduled procedure because they wanted to charge me the self pay rate up front, even though my insurance was covering it. Additionally, they wanted to charge me for all 5 of the possible charges rather than the one code that they would end up doing. She kept saying "but that's why we only charge half up front"...well half of the wrong number is still wrong. What a great experience to be seen and cared for at the Oregon Clinic Plastic Surgery team. From booking my initial appointment to all the way through my surgery and after. I highly recommend this group and I will return if I have the need in the future.
Dr. McNally was very informative, thorough and thoughtful during my consultation with him. He answered all my questions.
Really great staff here. From front office to surgeon, all excellent. Dr. B is probably the best doctor I’ve ever been to. He was kind, respectful, and an artist of his craft. He did not once treat me like anything less than equal. I respect him and his staff and can only recommend them.
