I had an exceptional experience with Dr.Heller! From the moment I stepped into the clinic, I felt welcomed and comfortable. I want to start by saying I have no issue with the care provided here. I do, however, have an issue with their indignant lack of transparency on cost. If you are looking for preventative/routine care, they charge $500+ per visit, even with insurance, and they DO NOT DISCLOSE this information to patients. When asked about it, they said it was the patient's responsibility to ask about cost. I am sitting with a significant bill that would have been covered at any other clinic.
