I am scoring only on my phone experience. They get two stars because they eventually answered the call. The call was most unsatisfactory. I called to schedule an appointment for an endoscopy (why is it not a colonoscopy?) for my husband. He is 73 and still working ALL THE TIME. I was told they couldn’t schedule one bc 1st of all he hasn’t been there before. Well he had but it was 12+ years ago. I wish I could give them 0 stars.This is not about the doctors it's about the persons who answer the phone. They should not work there if they don't have the patience to deal with people. I called them on May 4th to ask how much is my co-payment for an upcoming visit(I have a new insurance now and I needed some answers)and the lady who answered was very rude to me she said that it's not her business to know, she told me to call my insurance and after that she hung up on me.
