Great, friendly new remodeled atmosphere. The staff was very nice. Great job
Everyone that I encountered were extremely nice and friendly. Dr. Chew was great and listened to my concerns. It was an easy and quick process. I highly recommend this GI clinic to anyone!
I went here a year ago, paid nearly $2k total even though they never explained to me prior to the appointment what the costs would be. They also took 4 months to provide me with a diagnosis in which I had to call multiple times a week to finally get an answer. A year later, they’re still sending me more bills for stuff I already paid for. Don’t go here unless you want years of headache to follow.
Most awkward nurses you’ll ever meet Kate and the rudes eye contact and body language is ridiculous im so happy I go to Kaiser it’s so nice not having awkward stairs and mean mugs from a nurse.
The worst. I started calling the office to cancel my procedure on Monday. Because I have the flu. Today Is Wednesday and I still haven’t had anyone call me back . I spoke to four different people and three of them said they couldn’t reschedule and cancel my appointment. Called again and left another voicemail. No response. Called again and spoke to a lady that promised me she would have someone call me back this morning. Nothing.
