I had a colonoscopy and EGD over a year ago with The Oregon Clinic. The procedure and staff were fine - my review is for claims and billing. Over a year late and the clinic is trying to collect approx $900 from me when my insurance keeps telling me I owe significantly less. I have called their billing multiple times and keep getting the runaround and being told "talk to your insurance" which I have done at length. This is an in network provider that I will never use again.
Be careful of this place. Had an upper endoscopy here. This place will break your teeth and be completely empathetic about it. Won’t apologize to you and unprofessionally down play it over the phone like it’s not a big deal. Tell you they will pay for it in person then send you a email days later saying they “consider” paying for it. Make you jump through hoops only to deny your claim and leave you with a broke front tooth and a bill. No sorry this happened, we apologize. Nothing.
