I had an appointment with Dr Feng. I went in because I had an earache and felt a lot of pressure behind my ear; the doctor didn't really care about my medical history I tried to share with him. I was diagnosed with an osteoma without any X-ray or CT scan, and he didn't prescribe any pain medication or offer any solution. It is completely unprofessional to make a diagnosis without any exam. And the worst part is that I still have the earache.
