Always a great experience, even if your circumstances for being there aren’t the greatest. Dr. Pedraza is a kind and thoughtful physician. I have had two surgeries and many office visits with him from the development of multiple issues after a previous doctor dismissed my concerns from a surgery she performed in January of 2023. So I have called 3 times to try to schedule an appointment for my boyfriend who has a condition that is urgent and needs to be treated sooner then later. I have left a voicemail every time and never once have I received a call back. I got thru one time and he said he needed to consult a specialist and would call to schedule. That was two weeks ago. When a patient has possible colorectal Surgery its urgent and not something to wait on. This is terrible practice for any medical establishment.

I am very fortunate to have Dr. Christy Dunst as my surgeon. She is very experienced and knowledgeable about my condition. I trust and respect her. Her caring and compassion have been greatly appreciated. She has clearly described how important it is for my continued progress to follow through with my treatment plan. The Clinic Nursing Staff are excellent and have been very helpful.

The experience has not been great. My doctor sent a referral in January. I waited for the clinic to contact me. After almost 2 months my doctor told me to call them. I called in March, a staff member said I was not in their system and my doctor needed to resend the referral. After another few weeks, I called again and got the same answer. I told them it had been sent twice, so the person on the phone made a case for me and scheduled an appointment. He verified the next day the referral was received.
