I had been a patient at this clinic for about twenty years. I had one appointment with Dr Gupta because my regular doctor was booked up and they wouldn’t refill my medication unless I was seen . During that appointment Dr Gupta asked me how I acquired HIV. I complained to my regular doctor but I doubt anything happened. That was the beginning of the end for me. As a New patient Dr. Gupta was super sweet and informative. The staff was welcoming and courteous.

My first appointment I had to wait 90 min. I knew I was in trouble when Dr Gupta seemed more concerned about what insurance I had rather than hearing about my heart attack a week earlier. Supervised physical therapy was the prescription. No Echo cardio gram, no X-ray, no sonogram? No test to see how efficiently my heart is working? I felt like my visit could have been handled better over the phone.
