They sent a referral to legacy. I asked for it to be sent to rayus. Called multiple tmes over 3 weeks, no call back, and no referral sent to rayus.
I ask to have my ears cleaned . And that was all she looked in them and said” oh they’re clean.” I’ve been pulling wax out for two days. The she tried to hustle me into unnecessary hearing test! What a shame!
