Whoever answered the phone and claimed to be the manager was clearly exaggerating, just acting important while the real manager wasn’t around. Regardless, the entire personnel was unhelpful and dismissive. No one made any effort to help, and their attitude came off as lazy and arrogant, completely unwilling to do the bare minimum.

Nice clean beautiful location in Yorkville. Got what I needed, helpful staff. Right outside Bay station!!!
I came in with a list. The staff was great helped me clarify items and I was out in minutes.
