Can we appreciate an enterprise dedicated to preserving days gone by, mountain culture and stemming development along one pocket of the mountains? Stop by the Orchard and support that very thing. It’s a tribute to what was, and favorite of our family.
Great country music and dancing, beautiful mountain views, hayrides with historic storytelling, yummy treats like fudge and ice cream, and more!
I just spent about 30 minutes on all the reasons why I wouldn’t recommend The Orchard. And apparently that just vanished. Suffice it to say that they’re not handicap friendly and the food sucks. Save yourself the bother and go to the Pisgah Inn. Much better food, much nicer facility, and the view is just as spectacular.
