I’ve been living in this complex for 8 years and have never had an issue. The management company is attentive and does a great job. Honestly, the residents who complain are usually the ones causing the problems. This complex is well-run, and you can’t control everyone—it’s apartment living, not a private house. Personally, I’ve always had a great experience here. I pay my rent, mind my business, and enjoy my home without nitpicking every little thing. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have moved 5 times in 5 years and this has by far been the wordt place. I’ve lived in Arden. We have been here for almost a full year they have had three managers and 8 in the part few years and let me just tell you the few things that have gone wrong. 1. Our Neighboor’s were subleasing there apartment and it took 2 years for them to get out with complaint after complaint. Good facilities but some of the neighbors aren’t great. Very noisy
I have lived at the Orchard Apt. for 16 years and have seen many changes over that space of time. The landscape is always well groomed the pool area clean and inviting. New barbecue areas, They’ve added more parking spaces, garages, and security Gates. A new doggie park for our furry friend's,they’ve added gym equipment in the clubhouse, which is also a great place for family parties or gatherings. Tbh, I didn't plan to even check these apartments out when I saw the reviews, but after meeting with management and seeing the space, I'm happy we did. Management is kind and works with us to ensure we have a good experience living here and had worked with us on repairs as they arose. The property itself is calm with beautiful scenery, a lot of the units are getting renovated, and some have washer/dryer units. Multiple BBQ spots, picnic areas, and pool, hot tub and fitness center.
