First I want to say the staff at this property is amazing. Troy the manager is one of the best in the business. We have worked together for many years and I can attest to the fact that he has his residents best interest at heart. If you are looking for a home for yourself or a loved one I would 100% recommend The Orchard.

Lived at the orchard over 12 years moved in June last week had package sent to new address well was sent to old address called talked to Terri then to Troy he said they were on it even called people in my old apartment they were delived to my new address thru the mail just want to thank everyone at the orchard appt for keeping look out for my package great job thank you all miss you all

Do NOT move here!!!I am a current resident and stuck here. It is over priced, appliances are out of date and loud, smoke and 02 detectors were removed and not replaced during last years inspection and we have currently been without hot water to our building for the past four days with little to no concern from management. Ine more example of the total incompetence of the management, they towed my personal vehicle (the one that is on my lease as my form of transportation) was just towed!
