Yuri & Alonza were amazing!! They helped me and my chihuahua into our one bedroom apartment! And the apartments here are so quiet and peaceful!! :)
I’ve been living in this complex for 8 years and have never had an issue. The management company is attentive and does a great job. Honestly, the residents who complain are usually the ones causing the problems. This complex is well-run, and you can’t control everyone—it’s apartment living, not a private house. Personally, I’ve always had a great experience here. I pay my rent, mind my business, and enjoy my home without nitpicking every little thing. DO NOT LIVE HERE. I have moved 5 times in 5 years and this has by far been the wordt place. I’ve lived in Arden. We have been here for almost a full year they have had three managers and 8 in the part few years and let me just tell you the few things that have gone wrong. 1. Our Neighboor’s were subleasing there apartment and it took 2 years for them to get out with complaint after complaint. They had chickens inside, and had multiple people going in and out making us feel unsafe. 2. There are cops calls that bring 11 cops i... read more
