Do NOT live here Very nice apartments and really enjoyed them my first year living here but things changed when I got new neighbors. They party all the time and had to call management 5 times before they did anything and the other neighbors around them were complaining too. Then I could smell their weed in my apartment and that was taken care but now it is happening again and management won’t call me back or do anything. Very disappointing since I really did enjoy living here. I would advise not living here.

DO NOT RENT HERE The office staff is rude. The walls are paper thin and the condos are very cheaply made, but very expensive to rent. No storage at all. No place for dogs to go to the bathroom and once they have gone, no disposal, but pet fees are expensive. Hated living there. Do not recommend living here.

This place is a nightmare. The walls are paper thin. I can hear every move the neighbors make. It is so cheaply made. The kitchen cabinets, after being used, come out of the hinges and constantly need to be screwed back in. The closet doors come off the hinges. There is NO storage. We had to put everything in our garage and then there was no place to park our extra car which was an issue for the property. We have a dog, but there is no place for her to go to the bathroom and no place to dispose of her waste. The woman in the... read more

Renter Beware!! – RENTERS BEWARE!! We were required to follow the condominium board rules even though this was not explicitly stated to us, or provided to us, in our lease. Here are the many unfortunate issues we had during our high-priced short-term month to month lease term at The Orchard: 1) The first day I parked my vehicle in my driveway, I found a note from "an owner" stating that I couldn't park there! 2) Our two beautiful dogs got very ill from sewage water running into the pond in front of our unit - they had licked... read more
