I couldn’t have had a more positive experience every step of the way, and in every facet of the process. Pam at the front was welcoming and kind, and went out of her way to be helpful and accommodating. Regrettably, I can’t remember the names of the two ladies who handled billing and scheduling, but they were also wonderful. Today 11/15/2024 I had my first experience of tooth retraction, I was very afraid but the assistance of the staff made me feel calm, it was an excellent service, I loved the entire team and especially the doctor who spoke a little about Spanish with me, thank you very much, I am eternally grateful. 30 minutes start to finish 12 teeth extracted stiches in was best service I have ever had
Over priced and pushy. I was told I needed 500 to 700 for tooth extraction because my insurance wouldn't pay for Anastasia to pull one tooth. 2x as much as my wisdom tooth removal. Got in touch with Serene Oral surgery and EVERYTHING was covered. $127 dollars out of pocket and excellent service at Serene Oral surgery.
