I came in for a colonoscopy and nurses were rude and impatient. I understand that they’re under a schedule but there’s always time to be considerate towards a patient. I should not be asked to remove personal items in the lobby, sign documents without properly reading, or pressured into doing a research study just because I’m already going to be under anesthesia. I was already anxious enough and to feel disrespected and like less than person was upsetting. I don’t recommend this place.
Easy in and out parking. If you choose valet parking the staff is very friendly. Building is very clean
I had three different appointments scheduled. Everything went so smoothly and everyone was very nice and helpful.
This hospital is a complete nightmare. In fact, it should be evaluated together with the main building. There is no proper post-surgery support or follow-up. It can take them two weeks to diagnose an infection. When discharging you after surgery, they might forget to give you painkillers. It feels like they are treating you like a lab rat, exploiting your insurance and playing games with your health. I came in for my first visit on 7/17/25 for a mammogram due to me finding a lump in my breast about 2 months prior. I ended up needing a mammogram AND an ultrasound. The mammogram tech (whose name I can’t remember) and the ultrasound tech Rosemary were so kind! Dr. Ortiz was also very kind and discussed my ultrasound findings and explained that I needed a biopsy.
