This hospital is a complete nightmare. In fact, it should be evaluated together with the main building. There is no proper post-surgery support or follow-up. It can take them two weeks to diagnose an infection. When discharging you after surgery, they might forget to give you painkillers. It feels like they are treating you like a lab rat, exploiting your insurance and playing games with your health. I came in for my first visit on 7/17/25 for a mammogram due to me finding a lump in my breast about 2 months prior. I ended up needing a mammogram AND an ultrasound. The mammogram tech (whose name I can’t remember) and the ultrasound tech Rosemary were so kind! Dr. Ortiz was also very kind and discussed my ultrasound findings and explained that I needed a biopsy. I had a very frustrating experience with the outpatient imaging in the hospital for the abdominal ultrasound scheduled on 11:15am, July 14, 2025. After waiting for almost one hour after check-in, I went to the desk asking what was going on, I was told I was good, and they just ran late. I waited and waited for another hour, I asked them again, I was then told I can either cancel my appointment or do it at 2:30 pm due to my late check-in. Dropping off is a total violation of patients rights. My brother has progressive MS. can't even walk, pulled up to drop him off and got screamed at by valet for me to move. He wanted me to leave my brother there for someone else to get him from the parking lot. And yes I already tried to call your patient relations number. I already tried to call several numbers and can't get ahold of nobody. Now I'll try the lawyer. That's BS. this needs to be taken care of ASAP. The valet employees are the worst, they are rude and very disrespectful, my son took my mother to an appointment today and she on 100% oxygen and is unable to walk long distance so my son drove through so he could get close so she didn’t have to struggle and the valet employees started to yell at my son to move and park away from there and to make her walk. This issue needs to be taken care of. My son and mother did not need to be treated this way.
