Everyone is so nice and helpful, prices are good and very good selection. They also help me pick our frames
Overpriced and Terrible. I went here because I moved down here and had to find a new eye doctor. The entire eye exam process and Dr consult seemed extremely unprofessional and not very knowledgeable or experienced in general. After the exam the Dr told me they didn't have trial contacts in the new prescription that I would be switching to or my old prescription so theye gave me a pair that were worse then my old prescription to wear so I had no way if trialing the new prescription to see if it was good. Take it from me, your eyes will get the best care and you will get the best customer service you can ever imagine! The Optometry Group is Fantastic!
The Optometry Group is Great! I have gone there for years and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff is above and beyond. Dr Tom is a fantastic Eye Doctor and I wouldn't trust my sight with anyone else. Maribel is one of the Fantastic staff members and she does a wonderful job of helping me with all my eyeglass and scheduling problems. This lady goes out of her way to ensure my frames are something I like and the fit and repairs are received and done in a timely manner. Her communication and work ethics are Wonderful.... read more
My family and I have been patients for about 5 years now and Dr. Townsend and the staff always take their time with us. Maribel goes above and beyond every single time to make sure the patients are satisfied and happy.
