Extremely Disappointed with Unprofessional and Unethical Service I recently visited this establishment seeking an eye test after experiencing discomfort with my vision. However, what followed was deeply concerning and unprofessional. After completing the test, I was denied access to the results despite multiple polite requests for them. Robert is an excellent Optometrist, he is very personable and my new prescription is just perfect. Maggie at the front did a great job helping with selections. The lenses are fantastic quality, I can’t believe how clear everything is now. Very happy with my new glasses, I highly recommend the Optical Spot!
