Great little locally owned shop! Both Jackie and George are incredibly helpful- on my most recent visit, i had talked to several larger "chains" (thinking they would have a larger selection) about replacing my frames that had broken. My lenses are very unusually shaped, so the reply was negative. FORTUNATELY i decided to stop by the Optical Shoppe! I have been coming here since I moved to Black Mountain. Jackie and the other young lady have always been very nice and helpful to me. The doctor does a very good job. I always recommend this place when anyone asks me if I know of a place. I've always been very satisfied all the way around! ��
I have my eye glasses serviced here as well as routine eye exams. Best customer service!
Went to the store to get my glasses fixed. Jackie (the technician) fixed both my regular glasses and sunglasses. We had a nice conversation about the Ironman optometrist. Afterwards, I asked Jackie the cost and it was free. When you find someone this good you stick with them. Jackie and Dr. Ironman will be my new place of business for eye glasses from now on forever. Very good service. Really good people.
