Highly recommended, very fast, professional, and helpful.
These people are amazing! My entire family uses them! I am also a special education teacher and one of my student’s glasses broke. Mom couldn’t afford to get them fix right away, so I took them in to get fixed. When I told the girl up front the situation, she went back and made them good new! She was kind and compassionate to a little girl she had never met! I love these people and recommend them to everyone!
Came as a "walk in" with what turned out to be a detached retina. They were quick to determining the problem and quick to get me to the proper medical help. I had my surgery done the same day. All others were days/weeks before I could even be examined at this level. I give credit to this clinic as the first step of my recovery. The only down side is that it all went so quick that I can not remember the OD who saw me, so thank you all at Optical Shoppe of Flowood!

Our first time to see Dr. Allen yesterday and he was a sweetheart to my kids. Everyone from the reception, fitting, and eye exams are very nice, cheerful and helpful! I highly recommend this place to anyone who need an eye dr. ❤️
