Very professional, courteous, warm. Felt very comfortable. Explained in layman's terms so i could understand the prognosis. I would refer all my friends and family to go to Advance Eye care for all your optical needs.
The service has been awful. I try to schedule a meeting with Dr. Doyle, by his request, and I’m sent to voice mail. No one calls me back. A week later I stop in to see him, I’m told he’s at lunch. Please have a seat... wait 45 mins to be told I have to make an appointment. I made the appointment, arrive on time and I’m now waiting 55 mins and still haven’t seen Dr.
The girls at the window when you walk in ignor you as long as they can very very rude.. when Dr Norton leaves I’m out good bye!!!
Rude on the phone after put on 15 mins before I hung up called back told her she was nasty to me no even I’m sorry
I have been a patient since 2015, I have to say the staff and doctors are amazing. Special Dr. Michael R. Martinez. The only negative comment I have about this place is the visit cost. Last year without insurance I had to pay $75, this year it was $140. That’s a huge price increase within a year. Other than that, I’m satisfied with the service and friendliness of everyone!
