I lived there for 6 years. The only thing good about these apartments are they have a lot of space. Here are the down falls.... They changed management so much. The lady management they changed the lady seemed like she actually cared however it was too late. I started having roaches in my apartment and mold in the ceilings that we could not get rid of. My electric bill was over 600 dollars for months straight reaching as high as 800 dollars. This was not due to late fees but the AC was last replaced in 1987. This is what the... read more
Staff at the onyx are so personable, helpful, and kind. They guided me through the entire process start to finish, answering any questions I had. The landscaping is beautiful and well maintained, and the apartments are even more so! The interior was so clean on move in, comfortable and spacious. I couldn't believe how amazing the experience was. I would and will be recommending the onyx to anyone looking for a gorgeous and relaxing place to call home.🥰
This is by far the worst apartment complex I’ve ever stayed in. I would not recommend anybody moving here. Management is no help at all every time you try to reach out, they don’t answer the phone, and if you walk to the office, the door is always locked. The apartments constantly have issues, and nothing ever gets fixed properly. On top of that, the roach problem is terrible.
