I have a package in a locker and went down to leasing office. First of all the leasing office has a staff with no smiles on their face. They look as tho they dread looking alert and professional. The main reason I write is because I cannot get help from the staff to take a key and unlock the hub my package was delivered to. We had ID and everything. Extremely sleazy and sketchy management. When you move out they will take your security deposit, try to charge $500 for painting, then charge even more a month after that. Not a trustworthy place. Microsoft should not be letting this place take advantage of workers like this.
Mel goes absolutely above and beyond to help people. My kid's passport was mentioned as delivered by USPS and we had two trips to USPS that day to figure out what happened and just couldn't. Mel called up multiple delivery teams and traced the passport for us within 3hrs. Again, this is after USPS saying they have delivered and unable to do anything about it. I have lived here for years now and can say these are very professional folks and Mel truly is outstanding.
