Do not rent here. This has been the worst leasing experience of my life. While the prices may seem attractive, they come at a heavy cost to your safety and sanity. Sanitation & Safety: The "renovations" are poorly executed, and the property suffers from year-round ant and rat infestations. More alarmingly, basic safety protocols are ignored—some units, including mine, lacked functioning fire alarms. Security: Theft and break-ins are a constant issue. Save yourself the pain and anxiety from a place that does not meet the definition of Home or Decency The houses are in terrible condition, weekly maintenance issues, weeks before these issues are resolved (if at all) and obviously, forget about your deposit regardless of the way you left the place. so many places around. why suffer?
Onyx apartments is an great community to rent in, perfect location, no risks, great amenities and most importantly very helpful and humble leasing office staff and special appreciation to Mel White for all the support and help she has been providing to me with my leasing issues from last 3 years.
