Mel is absolutely awesome! She gave a robust solution to our questions and was incredibly prompt and helpful throughout. It’s rare to find property managers who genuinely care for their tenants while also keeping everything running smoothly - Mel is definitely one of them. She took the time to walk us through every detail, answered all our questions patiently, and even went out of her way to help us. If you’re looking to rent a place here, go for it - and make sure you meet Mel. The property is truly in great hands with her!
I am currently residing in the apartment, our stove, dishwasher and door slider doesn’t work properly, even after creating multiple work orders they keep doing temporary fixes or just say that is how it is supposed to work. Further the outdoor areas smell like trash because garbage is almost always full and people leave the trash outside near garbage. I don’t suggest anyone to join this apartment think before signing the lease
I'm a long time resident at the Onyx. My experience here has been quite positive and I very much enjoy living here. I'm always impressed by the staff; they are professional, courteous and efficient. IMHO, What sets them apart is that they go the extra mile.. The Onyx is a great place to call "Home"
Shawn was great in fixing issues and well communicating going above and beyond super friendly and had a seamless experience with him fixing blinds, cook top, etc
