Very satisfied with my move into The Onyx. Great communication with great school district.
I was a resident here for about a year and a half, and just completed my move-out. The management team, Mel and Savannah, were incredibly professional and compassionate when I had a stressful paperwork mix-up. They fixed it immediately and made my transition so much easier. Also, the community is friendly and calm. We got to enjoy our time here and had some deers that visited once in a while, which made our time memorable at this place. Caitlin is absolutely amazing. She works so hard, made me feel welcomed from the moment I walked in, and really keeps everything running smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about the residents here, and that kind of energy makes such a difference.
Caitlin was incredible from start to finish. She was warm, welcoming, and so knowledgeable both on the phone and during my tour. You can tell she genuinely cares about creating a great experience, and she absolutely delivered. The only downside was the community manager — the vibe was noticeably off and honestly pulled the energy of the space down. It might be time for a new community manager who matches the positivity and professionalism that Caitlin brings.
