The people who work here were very friendly. It was easy to get an appointment and when I walked in there was no line and even though they have the online check-in system, the lady at the counter offered to check me in. They seem to be running on schedule and the person who did my appointment was extremely friendly and efficient. It was my first time and she put me at ease and the whole thing was quick and painless. Parking is free and it's located right off the highway. Highly recommend
