Emily was absolutely amazing! I was genuinely close to falling asleep during my facial, it was that relaxing. The atmosphere was perfect, great music, incredibly clean, and such a calming experience from start to finish. Emily was sweet, attentive, and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. We had such a wonderful experience at The Only Facial in Springfield! Emily worked with my 11-year-old and truly went above and beyond to make her feel comfortable and relaxed. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable, explaining everything in a way that made my daughter feel at ease. It meant so much to see my child not only enjoy the experience but feel confident and cared for. Emily has such a gentle, welcoming approach—she’s amazing with kids! Stephanie gave me the best facial I’ve ever had, hands down. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel comfortable, relaxed, and taken care of. Her technique, attention to detail, and knowledge of skincare are on another level. My skin felt incredibly refreshed, smooth, and glowing immediately after, and the results lasted.
