I had my first facial with Ashley B and I couldn't be more happier. She is absolutely amazing. Her touch is soft and gentle, she is very personable and wonderful to talk to. I experienced my first ever facial today with Haley!! After I explained that I've never had a facial before, Haley was so kind to explain to me each step as we went, what it involved, and why she was doing it. My skin feels great and I enjoyed the experience!!! Ask for Haley the next time you get a facial at The Only Facial in Springfield!!

I’m glowing!! This is heaven in a facial. I love the simplicity of just choosing the one service and getting EVERYTHING with no upsells or tipping allowed. Sawyer explained everything and customizes as she goes to meet my skins needs. And it’s soooo relaxing. No harshness or discomfort.

I cannot say enough good about my experience at The Only Facial! They were so comfortable and welcoming. Stephanie gave me the best facial ever! It's been a month and my skin still feels so good!
