Clinton has done a great job selling my last 2 properties. I’ve learned to sit back and let him do his thing. He has come through every time. I had two properties that had been on the market over a year. Clinton came in and got both homes under contract within 30-45 days. Both within $10k of what I was asking. Don’t know how he does it, but I look forward to listing My home with him again this May 2026.
