They deserve 0 stars their costumer service is so poor, not really sure how they are still open.
I’m a customer here for 5+ years. I get the same thing every time. Same thing as in- nail shape, regular gel just different color. Today, I not only waiting for 20 minutes. The nail technician, broke my nail (said it was like that before I came in- it wasn’t), she told 8 times to get rubber gel (which I said no thank you 8 times) and she said the almond shape is considered a “special shape” and I have to pay more money for it. I had two nails break this week I went in and they fixed it without charge. I appreciate good customer service and that they stood behind their work.
