I found a piece of hair in my Pho. They made me a new bowl of pho, which is kind of nice, and to be nice I still ate there. What’s messed up is that they still charging me full price. Also, I didn’t see anyone wearing hair nets in the kitchen area. Probably not coming back here again.

The One Pho has quickly become one of my favorite spots to eat and I find myself coming back again and again. The broth is rich and deeply flavorful and you can tell that a lot of care goes into every dish that comes out of the kitchen. The menu has a great selection and there is something for everyone whether you prefer something light or a heartier meal. Pretty good pho, but it was served so hot I literally stared at it drooling for five minutes while it cooled down. I contemplated asking for a cup of ice to cool it down myself.
Enjoyed the shrimp pho, it was gluten free. Was hoping the spring rolls were GF also, but the sauce isn't. Lovely service & attentive waitstaff, sensitive to my allergies. Prices were a bit steep, but worth it.
