My husband and I visited this salon after a TikTok recommendation. We went in for a couples ( relaxation ) massage. It was far from relaxing. It was loud, they didn’t even ask if we were okay with the pressure. People talking, phones ringing. We truly felt like we had been beaten after this massage. I booked and paid through the app for a shellac paint appointment, but when I went to leave, I was charged an unexpected extra $15. The colour I chose from the options provided apparently cost more, but I wasn’t informed of this until afterwards. It felt a bit cheeky and not very transparent.
Had the best head spa treatment with Yuki. The scalp massage was incredible and it was so relaxing. It felt amazing and my hair feels soft and healthy! Would absolutely recommend!
