The staff’s name is Lyn, she's really great. It's very nice that she spoke English and explained to me when I really didn't know about nail services. She was gentle and explained my nail problems in great detail. I really love my nails today. Will definitely come back to this shop😍😍
I don’t know if this is the place or PT nails, but it’s the one by the entrance of Wollies in Acland St. DO NOT EVEN BOTHER! The place I like was fully booked so this is the closest one from it available as I was in a hurry. Should’ve checked the review so that’s my bad. If I could give this 0 star I would. Possibly the worst nail salon I’ve ever experienced in Australia. Expensive. No skills. Terrible service. Ruined my nails, cut me, burnt me with the sander thing, lied and said they had the specific colour I wanted to get my Business and messed up my night. Left half way through a manicure because I was in pain and they charged me anyway. The one nails? The one to not go to that’s for sure.
I’m very sorry there isn’t a 0 star because this is what they deserve. The worst manicure ever. Sorry I can’t even say manicure because I actually haven’t had any cuticles remove and the shellac was applied starting from the middle of the nail…event though I asked many times to go closer. The quality of the polish I don’t event want to comment
Been going on and off for year's. SNS and shellac pedi was worst I have ever had literally in my life. Save your money and avoid. Try somewhere else!
