I have come here multiple times now and can definitely say that this nail salon is one of the best nail salons. I would recommend going to Sophia if you want someone who actually listens to you and does what you want.
Nicole does beautiful nails, and I’ve always been happy with the quality of her work. Unfortunately, today’s experience completely changed my opinion about her. My bill was $110 ($60 for my manicure and $50 for my pedicure). I asked to split the payment between two debit cards: $80 on one card and $30 on the other. Unfortunately I had a very bad experience with this salon. My gel pedicure that is less than a week old is already badly chipped. I'm not sure if this is a new procedure with them, but instead of the normal curing the gel with a UV lamp the technician fanned my toes with the pricing menu and sprayed them with the aerosol can meant to flash dry them which of course didn't work. By the time I made it to my car, my right foot was already smudged, but they were closing, so I came back the following morning to get this corrected.... read more
