Their Sushi Poke Bowl has become one of our favorites. Then follow it with a dessert crepe. One of our favorite places to eat in Edmond.
Their Poke Bowls don’t disappoint! Get extra crab meat if that’s your thing! Owners are grateful, and extremely kind! It is nice when an establishment remembers you even though you live on the opposite side of town! If you are in Edmond, The One Cafe should be your go to!

The POKÈ BOWLS are a must they're so delicious and they have boba now.
We eat Poke here at least once a week because it is amazing! The owners are so personable and always remember everyone's names. My kids LOVE the crepes and watching them make them. If you are local or passing through, The One is worth the stop.
