TOS has taken such good care of our dog Sammie. I can’t say enough about Dr Kenny and the great staff. They clearly lay out options and are mindful of costs. They are sweet and compassionate to the patient and the family.
worst experience of my life. went for a quote on radiation, spoke with 2 people who said "around $5k" so we prepped for $5k. not 24 hours later, i received a quote for almost $10k. called up, they said "oops, sorry, gave you the wrong quote". explained to them they are a business / service that sees people at their worst days, and it would be beneficial to their customers to have a system that would mitigate "oopsies". Dr. Waite and every single person in this office is incredible. We were apart of each others lives for over 2 years with my girl Surrie, and there’s no one I would have trusted more with her care. The compassion and love shown to myself and Surrie is unmatched. I wish I could give them more than just a Google review ❤️
Dr.Kenny cared for my dog for well over a year when she was completing her oncology training at Ohio State. Our little girl passed on, but we got way more time with her than we ever anticipated at the time of diagnosis. Dr.Kenny was incredibly compassionate along the way and cared for our Molly as if she was her own dog. I cannot recommend her enough.
