I have been a patient here for 2 years now. I feel I get the best of care available to me and my situation. The staff is very friendly, professional and caring. Dr. Miel is always ON TOP of TESTS, bloodwork or anything that will help me with treatment or visits concerning new things to prolong life and the quality of my life. I would recommend to family and friends if they were ever in a situation like mine.
Front office told me the day of my appt that they don’t contract with my medical group anymore, why didn’t they call me the day before. Front office staff sucks
Dr Miel has reviewed no lab results and on multiple times failed to have a nurse call me to say my appointment canceled and I show up to nothing.
Impossible to set up a new patient appointment. Ive called about 5 times now. I asked for a call back, no one calls back. I waited in the queue, they hung up on me. I texted and filled out the form for a call back, no one has called back. I finally spoke to someone and told them all of these issues and they said they're going to transfer to this appointment line AGAIN even though I told them nobody is answering or getting back to me. No one cares. How are they still in business?
This was my first visit with this doctor. I’m in remission but need continued check ups. I was very pleased with my experience. My wait time was not long. My doctor listened to my story. Happy I was referred to this office.
