Do not come here. This place is a nightmare for someone struggling with cancer or the possibility of it. For starters I’m told on my second visit here, several weeks after my ct scan, that I have had a tumor growing in my chest for years. Then I am told an urgent request will be sent to get me a biopsy and then in front of a surgeon. I've had several issues with this clinic. They took weeks to get a referral for an imaging sent correctly and blamed it in the imaging center, when they were not including treatment area in the MRI order. They then sent the pre-authorization for the wrong imaging center so I had a referral for one clinic and a pre-authorization for a different one. I'm still having issues getting them to bill my insurance correctly as I have not received an EOB yet for services done in July. I went in for a blood draw and the medical assista... read more
I had a consult for iron infusions, they got my birthday wrong couldnt log in to the app was redirected for 2 days to get it fixed. Turned out my infusion would be 2k I told them "no thank you, ill find some place else that takes my insurance." A month later I saw on my insurance that the 2nd preauthorization was approved but no one contacted me. 2 weeks later they texted me, it said I had an appointment scheduled in california; I live in oregon.
