I had a consult for iron infusions, they got my birthday wrong couldnt log in to the app was redirected for 2 days to get it fixed. Turned out my infusion would be 2k I told them "no thank you, ill find some place else that takes my insurance." A month later I saw on my insurance that the 2nd preauthorization was approved but no one contacted me. 2 weeks later they texted me, it said I had an appointment scheduled in california; I live in oregon. I've had several issues with this clinic. They took weeks to get a referral for an imaging sent correctly and blamed it in the imaging center, when they were not including treatment area in the MRI order. They then sent the pre-authorization for the wrong imaging center so I had a referral for one clinic and a pre-authorization for a different one.
