The front desk receptionist was the only positive part of my experience. She was kind and helpful. Unfortunately, the rest of the staff did not reflect that same level of care. The two women who took my blood pressure and drew my blood were unfriendly and made me feel very uncomfortable, as if I were an inconvenience rather than a patient.
