Don't hold your breathe for a follow up phone call. You'll have to call their rude receptionists' to remind them of their job duties. The fact that they couldn't reach out to me, to inform me that they couldn't locate my medical records, is incompetent behavior and simply negligence towards my treatment. No apology was given. The staff is very friendly and efficient. And almost painless.
The staff is knowledgeable and kind.
This office - staff and doctors, are amazing! Concerns are addressed immediately and respectfully. Dr Chahal answers questions in a way that you can understand, and she makes you feel like a valued family friend.
