Absolutely unacceptable incompetence! The doctor ordered an MRI, but I have not been able to schedule the procedure for a month. First, your office delayed sending the order and the progress note for weeks. Then, the authorization included incorrect CPT codes. After that, the exact location of the procedure was missing. Later, the wrong codes were entered for authorization once again. I felt a warm welcome from the staff. Dr. Ogunleye was very personable and took all the time I needed to explain in detail about my options. In general I give TOI a 10. And I'd recommend them to anyone who is in need of their services. TLC
