Overpriced and underserviced apartment homes. Tried to negotiate a lower rent due to market conditions and they refused. Lo and behold, when I declined to renew my lease they relisted it $300/month cheaper! It does not matter how well you take care of the property as a tenant, you WILL be charged for cleaning and maintenance. We found mold in our washing machine and a garbage disposal sink full of metal shards. No aerator on the bathroom sink and a barely functioning toilet. Nice quiet neighborhood near shopping, work, schools, concerts and much more. Friendly staff with quick response to maintenance requests. Enjoyed our apartment for 3 years with no problems.
