Absolutely disappointed with this barbershop. My boyfriend went in today asking for a low taper fade and made it very clear he did NOT want his beard or mustache touched. The barber (a woman) completely ignored his request—she shaved off his entire beard and mustache anyway, leaving his face totally bare. He was so upset. To make matters worse, she didn’t even offer him a mirror during the cut—he had to ask to use one himself, which is ridiculous.
