These people are absolutely dreadful at communicating. We put in an offer on a property and these were the agents for the sellers. They told our realtor they received several offers which was understandable but after that they simply refused to correspond with our realtor. We wanted to know where we stood so we could move on to other properties that we were looking at. The deadline for the offer passed and our realtor asked where we stood (as in, were we being outbid?) and the sellers agent responds "Good." Just "Good." At e... read more
