Update 11/27: My apartment flooded because the Olivian didn't perform maintenance & Olivian didn't even bring up repairs until I pointed out it has been 2 mo (illegal). I couldn't use bedroom/bathroom for a week (illegal), yet paid full rent & increase of $500 water bill. Olivian required I pay to move all belongings out (& back in) of bedroom & living room so they can make repairs they are liable for.
