Spent 3 years living at the Olivia, and it was by far my favorite apartment to live at. It is a reasonable price for the amenities and location. Special shoutout to the attentive and timely help from the maintenance team Patrick and Jesse. I highly recommend the Olivia if you are moving to Carmel.
The Olivia was a great place to call home for our time in Carmel! Great location, great amenities, and excellent staff! Maddie and Andrew were welcoming and friendly when asking questions. Every time we asked for Indy 11 game tickets they would place in our mail box. They hosted fun residential appreciation parties that had been planned and well thought out! Lived here for over a year and everything was great! The office staff and maintenance are extremely responsive and friendly. Didn’t have many issues, but when I did maintenance was on it right away. Definitely enjoyed my time here!
I have lived at the Olivia for over a year and have absolutely loved my time here! I moved into a very affordable one bedroom unit that has had very few maintenance problems since moving in. when I do submit a maintenance request, the team is always super quick to respond and very friendly! I once accidentally flooded my bathroom via a washing machine overflow late on a Sunday night, and maintenance responded to my emergency services request within 15 minutes!
