I've lived at The Olivia on Main for over three years and overall, the property itself is very nice. Maintenance has been great and very fast. The building is no longer brand new, but it is plenty nice for what I need, and they are recently adding some upgrades around the units and common areas. Office staff are all very nice, responsive, and communicative. I've only had respectful neighbors and have not been bothered by noise from units around me. I’ve lived at The Olivia on Main for over three years and overall the property itself is nice. Maintenance has been great and the building is well kept with respectful neighbors. Office staff are all very nice, responsive, and communicative. However, my recent lease renewal experience has been extremely frustrating. My renewal offer came in about $2300 higher over the year than identical floor plans currently being advertised by the property that have the same view and same lease start date. I was looking for an apartment and wanted to move in within a couple of days and I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move into the Olivia. Maddie the property manager stayed on the phone with me for 20 mins answering all my questions and helped me get my application approved in short order on a holiday week. I moved in a couple days later and Abby went over everything with me and made the move in very easy. The apartment and the complex in general I’m very pleased with. Would highly recommend.
Spent 3 years living at the Olivia, and it was by far my favorite apartment to live at. It is a reasonable price for the amenities and location. Special shoutout to the attentive and timely help from the maintenance team Patrick and Jesse. I highly recommend the Olivia if you are moving to Carmel.
