I stayed 9 months here and everything lived up to, or exceeded, my initial expectations. The location is phenomenal. The maintenance staff was awesome. Friendly and prompt in dealing with issues. Their online system for submitting and monitoring a work order is excellent. I was concerned when the front office had a complete turnover because the first group was awesome to deal with. Everyone has different experiences at apartment complexes and I personally have had a wonderful experience at Olivia. If you speak to the staff any other time other than to complain they are wonder people. I have had issues here and there in my unit, but they always make me feel like a priority and get things done quickly. I'm assuming that bigger issues have to be contracted out which take time when dealing with contractors schedules and what not. I think if people would get out of their apartments to go to the pool (which ... read more

Please try to AVOID this place. Pros: - Maintenance staff is good, they go above and beyond to help you(Patrick and Jessie are the best) - Previous management Cons: - Bar Louie music is TOO LOUD especially if you are living on the other side of the building and much worst over the weekends, if you are working from home and management doesn’t even care and Manager was so rude when we asked to switch our apartment ( be aware new manager is rude and sketchy) - Good luck finding parking spots during evenings everyday and worst o... read more
Would rate it better, but some issues near the end really left a sour taste making me to not recommend this place as somewhere to live. Which I made sure to do for a coworker looking for a local place to live just recently and he chose not to bother looking!
