The Olivia was a great place to call home for our time in Carmel! Great location, great amenities, and excellent staff! Maddie and Andrew were welcoming and friendly when asking questions. Every time we asked for Indy 11 game tickets they would place in our mail box. They hosted fun residential appreciation parties that had been planned and well thought out! Lived here for over a year and everything was great! The office staff and maintenance are extremely responsive and friendly. Didn’t have many issues, but when I did maintenance was on it right away. Definitely enjoyed my time here!
I have lived at the Olivia for over a year and have absolutely loved my time here! I moved into a very affordable one bedroom unit that has had very few maintenance problems since moving in. when I do submit a maintenance request, the team is always super quick to respond and very friendly! I once accidentally flooded my bathroom via a washing machine overflow late on a Sunday night, and maintenance responded to my emergency services request within 15 minutes! I've only lived here a few weeks but very impressed so far. Maddie and Andrew, the property management staff are very quick to respond and answer any questions. They have both have been wonderful so far. Patrick and Jesse in maintenance are great as well. They are quick to resolve requests. Everything I've requested has been fixed either same business day or the next morning. Very happy with my choice to move here!
