The leasing agent that I spoke with was extremely rude and unprofessional. I booked a tour a week in advance and received multiple confirmation emails and reminders. When I arrived, I was told they had just switched management and weren’t doing tours this week. Instead of apologizing or acknowledging the inconvenience, he repeatedly said, “I don’t even know how you managed to book a tour.”
Management doesn’t care. The building flooded multiple times this year, multiple repairs are not done. Equipment is out of service for more than half a year. Many times in the night there isn’t hot water or even any water at all. I hope you like waiting for elevators. I waited more than 15 minutes to leave home and missed my meeting multiple times You are just a rent payment to the management company
The accounting team made mistakes on calculating bills. They sent to the debt collection company without reaching out to me and severely impacted my credit score. I reached out to their email. They confirmed it’s their accounting team’s misktake then no one responded emails or phone calls for the past 2 months where I kept trying to reach out to them. Avoid here!
Nigel, who’s the property manager, is a very nice young professional. He helped me with the application process, making everything smooth. Appreciate his help!
Booked a tour but nobody ever showed up. The doorman told me there’s no manage or leasing team in the building. Do not come here
