On May 15, around 9:00 a.m., I texted to reschedule my 1:00 p.m. (first) appointment. I specifically asked whether I would be charged a cancellation fee because if that was the case, I wanted to keep my appointment. Around 11:00 a.m., someone finally replied saying my appointment had already been given to someone else, and then I was charged an $85 fee anyway.
